Order Processing Times
Order processing typically takes 2-3 days, but we understand the importance of timely delivery, especially as Ramadan/Eid festivities are only for a month. Our team is working hard to process orders as quickly as possible (on the same day!) to ensure you receive your items without delay. Thank you for your patience and support!
Shipping Method
We offer Canada-wide shipping at a flat fee of $10, with delivery expected within 3-8 business days. For faster service, choose our express option at $20 for 2 business day delivery within Ontario and $25 for 2 business day delivery for the rest of Canada.
Shipping to the United States is also available at a flat fee of $25 for 4-8 business days.
We aim to provide reliable and affordable options to get your order to you as quickly as possible! For express option, we will aim to have the order processed the same day (if ordered before 12pm EST) it is ordered so you can receive your products faster.
You will receive a tracking number from the courier and we will update your order status page from our website once your order has been shipped. Please be sure to check your email for updates and stay informed about your delivery status!
Local Pick-Up Orders
For added convenience and to help you save on shipping costs, we offer local pickup. This option ensures you get your order quickly while supporting a more sustainable delivery method. It's our way of making the process easier for you and contributing to the community. Choose local pickup at checkout. The pickup location is set to Shops at Don Mills in Toronto on specific dates as specified at checkout. We will email and text you a day before the pickup to confirm exact location.
Return Policy
We’re sorry to hear you need to make a return! Please email us at maunlimited06@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the return. Exchange option is not available. We’ll provide you with a return label, which will incur a minimum processing fee of $10. However, please note that if you picked up your order at a local pickup location, returns or exchanges are not available. Thank you for understanding!
